Back to School Tune Up

 Starting September 18, 2024

Our “Back to School Tune-Up” group is designed to support young students as they navigate the challenges and anxieties associated with re-entering the school environment. This program aims to provide a safe, supportive, and structured space where children can share their experiences, build essential coping skills, and develop the confidence needed to thrive both academically and socially in their school environment and beyond.

Who:

• Back to School Tune-Up is open to children aged 9-12. All genders welcome!

When:

• This is a 4-week program facilitated by our trained therapists and sessions will be weekly on Wednesday’s from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
• Sessions will begin on September 18, 2024.

Where:

• Central Healing Counselling (4 Montreal Road, Suite 201)

Cost:

• $320.00 for the 4-week program
  ** Cost may be covered under eligible insurance plans.
